The RadioCentral Commerical Client software can be obtained from the dealer you purchased your MOTOTRBO Ion device from. DMR OnCloud includes this information in your introduction email received from our provisioning team during the activation process. If you do not have the required software please email support@dmroncloud.com and we will provide you with information on how to obtain the RadioCentral Commerical software from your dealer or we can provide you some alternative options.
